Ashley Donohoe has over 14 years of diverse experience writing, editing and reviewing content. Primarily focusing on personal finance and small business, she works on informational guides, news articles, product reviews, roundups, marketing materials and textbook resources. She has also enjoyed coaching writers as an editor and offering writing tutoring services to students.

During her journalism journey, Ashley has appeared in several prominent online publications, including MarketWatch, CNN, Money, GoBankingRates, FinanceBuzz, Car and Driver and The Balance. She has also worked as a ghostwriter for several professional blogs and educational platforms. Her primary financial areas include retirement, tax, banking, lending and insurance.

Ashley is a Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ (CFEI®) passionate about helping others improve their financial literacy and financial stability. She has also obtained the Corporate Finance Institute’s Financial Planning & Wealth Management (FPWM)™ certification as well as tax, payroll and bookkeeping certifications from the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers.

Ashley holds two bachelor’s degrees in multidisciplinary studies and accounting/data analysis from Liberty University. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University.
