Aamir M. Chalisa, MBA, LUTCF, MDRT

Aamir M. Chalisa serves as the General Manager at Futurity First Insurance Group’s Oak Brook, IL branch, where he leads a team of fifty agents, positioning it as a top branch in 2023. Additionally, Aamir chairs the International Advisory Council for GAMA Global.

With 33 years in the insurance and financial services industry, Aamir has a distinguished career marked by a commitment to fostering diversity in corporate America. Before joining Futurity First, he held influential sales and management positions at Met Life, Prudential and Nationwide, where he cultivated diverse field teams and expanded business in the Chicago Land area.

Aamir is deeply involved in his community, chairing OPEN Chicago, a Pakistani non-profit entrepreneurial business organization, and holding leadership roles in other community organizations. He also presides over the Society of Arts and Culture, which promotes music and the arts.

A sought-after speaker on marketing and diversity, Aamir has delivered presentations at numerous industry conferences worldwide. His notable speaking engagements include the GNP Manager’s conference in Mexico City, GAMA Day in Manila and the NAIFA National convention. He has also addressed audiences at international conferences such as the GDM/GAMA conference in Pakistan and the BLIS Conference in Beirut, as well as LAMP USA and inaugural GAMA Global conferences in Singapore and Malaysia.

In his volunteer work with GAMA Global, Aamir plays a crucial role in expanding its international presence and training managers globally. He has consistently qualified for The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and achieved his first COT Conference qualification in 2023. As a top producer in life and annuity sales, Aamir has assisted many families in securing their financial futures.

Aamir is also an author, sharing his insights on diversity and volunteerism in his book “Leadership Beyond Borders,” available on Amazon.

He resides in Naperville, IL, with his wife, Nuzhat, an Endocrinologist. They have two children: Farah, a lawyer, and Amaan, a medical student. Beyond his professional life, Aamir enjoys traveling and has explored many destinations around the globe.
